Waves Shaving Soap

I picked this up as my first shave soap after trying wet shaving for the first time having only used tube cream. It's a bit of a learning curve lathering the soap but that's true for any shave soap. This stuff smells incredible easily one of my new favorite scents period. Feels amazing and makes my face nice and slick. Just shaved with it a few moments ago, no irritation, no cuts, just a clean feeling bald face. The folks at B&M know how to make a great product and I love to support a New England business.

Waves is amazing! It's not strongly scented but it is a masculine, clean, aquatic cologne type scent. I love it!

This is the first time I've used shaving soap and it's so much better than cream. It provides for a very slick and cushioned shave. The scent is masculine without all the testosterone! This is my new go to for shaving. Really nice!

Refilled this one. I have a few B&M favorites, but this currently ranks highest amongst our household.

The shaving soap is phenomenal. Wonderful lather, creamy smooth texture, fantastic protection for the skin while acting as a natural nutrient rich moisturizer.

Along with La Grande Chypre, these two are my favorite. Waves is such a natural, earthy, fresh, clean fantastic scent. Not overpowering and not underwhelming. Absolutely fantastic.

The base is always flawless, leaving the skin smooth and elastic. This fragrance truly evokes the essence of the sea and waves. It’s one of my all-time favorites.

Maybe it was a bad batch of soap but the sent was off-putting (I also bought the aftershave which I like). It didn't lather up well and stayed thick on the brush...after a week I threw it away.

Waves smells like a beach vacation where everything goes right. No sunburn, no jellyfish, just a salty breeze and a drink with too many umbrellas in it. It’s oceanic but clean, like the sea if it showered and wore cologne.

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but latherin’ this up felt like putting a tropical daydream on my face. It bloomed fast, built thick, and gave me enough slickness to reenact that razor scene from a samurai movie. Post-shave? My face felt smoother than a dolphin in dress shoes.

Waves doesn’t shout. It just walks by smellin’ incredible and lets folks wonder what you’ve got goin’ on. And you don’t have to tell them. You just nod.

If you want your morning shave to feel like you’re gettin’ ready for a yacht party you weren’t even invited to, this is the one.

I have been trying lots of products and haven’t found any that lather the way this soap does. I am now getting consistent smooth shaves and it smells great.

It's a lovely, fresh, cologne scent. Some of the other scents are a little unusual, which is OK, this one is just classic. Works like a charm too!

This is one of the best scents for warmer weather (and cold honestly!) and is the perfect scent to grab for your summer shaves. I get lots of compliments for this one and always look forward to using it.

Waves is fantastic.

Excellent shave soap. Masculine scent and extremely protective. I dont have the vocabulary or sense of smell to accurately describe the scent. Smells like my dad’s aftershave from the late ‘90s. Epic nostalgia.

Great fresh scent and the lather is luxurious. I'm really impressed by how little soap is needed for a thick lather that is enough for 2 or 3 passes.

Very subtle scent... which I love, and it pairs well with almost any aftershave.

It’s the early 90’s and I’m a kid. I use my Dad’s aftershave to smell fresh. It’s Gillette’s Wild Rain. It’s a moment in time.

Smash cut to now. I find Waves, smell it, take a great trip back in time to that moment and then discover that this is a classic scent that smells incredible. It’s clean, just a bit ocean-y and woodsy, and overall something I’ll use as a soap any given day and be comfortable and happy in. Always a main rotation soap - absolutely love it.

Great, fresh scent. This is my favorite regular scent. Soap lathers up quickly and feels super smooth.

Ok fine I'll leave a review :) I've tried Seville, Lavanille, Vespers, and I think another one which I can't remember. This has been my favorite scent so far. It's refreshing and inoffensive. I like the scent even better than Seville. The brush loads incredibly fast. Just a few swirls and it's ready.

I have tried a bunch of different shave creams, gels and soaps and I would have to say this one is definitely the best overall. Very slick and does not irritate my skin. Nice even lather and no nicks. The frangrance is excellent too and stays with you for a while. Don't change this stuff at all!

Love this soap. Great smell and silky smoothe, I always look forward to shaving in the morning as a spa treatment.

To be honest I didn’t know what to expect when I ordered Wave shaving soap but I was pleasantly surprised. The scent is crisp and clean and I love it. It’s a Barrister and Mann so obviously the performance is there. Try Waves and I think you might like it as much as I do
