Excellent scent and performance
I really like Fougere Classique. The scent notes I smell the most are lavender and patchouli, but your nose may be different. The lather is typical B-M goodness as well.

Beautifully blended
Fougere Classique is a beautifully blended floral forward that's mixed with a little musk and vanilla. It sits on top of a silky smooth powder base that is gorgeously sophisticated yet undeniably classic feel.

Wonderful!
Inspired by Houbigant "Fougere Royale", B&M's "Fougere Classique" is a beautiful aromatic fougere with a lovely rich, green scent and a touch of talc (to my nose anyway) which pushes it ever so slightly into barbershop territory. Wonderful! I've never tried the frag so I can't speak to its accuracy, but, I foresee a bottle of this in my future. A decadently thick, slick lather which provided a lot of cushion and the post-shave face feel was wonderful.

One of the best!
Starts out with lots of florals with lavender and something reminding me of hyacinth. Then dries down to the more classic fougere with lavender on a warm base of vanilla with nice powdery soap. To me this is one of the best in Will's great catalogue of outstanding scents. The soap is second to none with a creamy and velvety feel and excellent glide. I will get another soap and add the AS when available in Europe.
