In perfume, there is nothing more darkly ancient than leather. We discovered the formula for an archaic, forgotten Russian leather accord and blended it with notes of sandalwood, coffee, cedar, and musk to create a dark, feral scent well-suited to its namesake. Elemental and at times slightly unsettling, Leviathan is a scent to accompany you to the end of the world.

The Balm

Our upgraded and improved alcohol-free aftershave balm is a glorious treat for the skin. Enriched with super-moisturizing kokum and cupaçu butters, hydrolyzed oat protein, and nourishing daikon seed oil, this soothing, moisturizing emulsion will calm irritation and redness and leave your skin feeling moisturized for hours on end.

Love the scent.

One of my favorites

The balm performs well, as all B&M products do. So this is really about the scent:

To me, this is the scent of someone who put on his new, heavy leather jacket and then spent the evening hanging out around a bonfire, before airing l as adjourning to a fancy coffeehouse for a hot coffee spiked with just a little whiskey.

My wife smells a lot more coffee and not much leather, but she likes it as well.

First time Balm user - Middling Opinion

I’ve been enjoying the Leviathan scent for a number of years now, but previously I’ve only had the aftershave and shaving soap (both of which I love immensely). The balm doesn’t quite measure up to the other two products. It feels fantastic on my freshly shaved face/head but the scent (while similar) is distinctly different than the scent of the aftershave and shave soap. I don’t dislike the scent, but it also isn’t what I’m used to and has more of a fire or fresh cut wood scent.

Great quality product. You can definitely feel the difference after applying. Has a huge coffee scent in my opinion so make sure you like that scent before jumping in.
