Seville Shaving Soap

Everyone has a different idea of what a barbershop ought to smell like, but we tend to lean historically for this kind of stuff. Giovanni Maria Farina famously created the very first Eau de Cologne in the early 1700s, and it was an instant success. His formula was prized by the royal courts, and was so highly regarded that it's still in production today. As a result of this popularity, Eau de Cologne fragrances have been staples in European barbershops for well over a hundred years.

While we don't claim to be as gifted as Signor Farina, our Seville scent is definitely in a class all its own. Affectionately dubbed "God's barbershop" by some of our more poetic customers, Seville is a blend of lemon, bergamot, rosemary, lavender, patchouli, and oakmoss. The name comes from the famous opera The Barber of Seville, but the scent is at home anywhere. Give it a try; you won't be disappointed.

Love it

Love it. I was using a pretty generic soap and didn't know what I was missing. I read a few reviews of "best shaving soap" and this one was on several. It smells great, lathers quickly, and provides great lubrication.

Best Shaving Soap for Sensitive Skin: Barrister and Mann Delivers a Superior Shave

This is the best shaving soap I have ever used! I have sensitive skin, and Barrister and Mann works absolute wonders—no irritation, just a smooth, comfortable shave every time. The lather is rich and protective, and it really makes a difference compared to other soaps I’ve tried. If you want to get the most out of it, definitely check out the “how to lather” video on Barrister and Mann’s YouTube page; it was super helpful and made the whole process even easier. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a top-notch shaving experience!

Honestly? A+

So, I will give you my honest opinion. This is a complex soap chemically. Lots of stuff going on. It is incredible. And normally I buy unscented soaps but he nailed this one. And for the price? Insane. This SV quality soap, the only two you need.

Excellent shave

This is my third order. I always get a close clean shave. Shaving is almost like painting. You can go to Walmart and buy paint or you can buy high-quality paint. My only problem with this soap is when my buddies said they asked to borrow it and never return it. Very pleased
