Seville Shaving Soap
Everyone has a different idea of what a barbershop ought to smell like, but we tend to lean historically for this kind of stuff. Giovanni Maria Farina famously created the very first Eau de Cologne in the early 1700s, and it was an instant success. His formula was prized by the royal courts, and was so highly regarded that it's still in production today. As a result of this popularity, Eau de Cologne fragrances have been staples in European barbershops for well over a hundred years.
While we don't claim to be as gifted as Signor Farina, our Seville scent is definitely in a class all its own. Affectionately dubbed "God's barbershop" by some of our more poetic customers, Seville is a blend of lemon, bergamot, rosemary, lavender, patchouli, and oakmoss. The name comes from the famous opera The Barber of Seville, but the scent is at home anywhere. Give it a try; you won't be disappointed.

Directions for Use
Wet your shaving brush well, then swirl it around the jar for roughly thirty seconds or until a rich, creamy lather is formed. Continue building the lather by adding water and swirling your brush either on your face or in a lathering bowl. Shave, rinse, and spend your day feeling great.Ingredients

Seville is hands down the best Barbershop type fragrance available. The soap performance is top notch, the Omnibus base is one of the best in the business creating a slick lather that is very dense and cushioning.
Bought on a Reddit recommendation, was not disappointed. Scent is clean and masculine, lather is fantastic. This is my new go-to.
I don't know about the particular barber shop the scent is trying to replicate, but it is the unmistakable smell of an old timey barber shop giving a proper hot towel shave. The lather is rich and creamy and works incredibly well on my sensitive skin. In fact, I am now able to build lather directly on my face and head without the use of a cup. This is the best shaving soap I've ever experienced.
Sensitive skin and been looking for a great soap...current soaps attempts just haven't done it. I've finally found my soap!! Read the reviews and took a chance. WOW am I glad I did! The Seville is EVERYTHING folks say it is. The scent is incredible!! But the slick/cushion on the lather was jaw dropping. I've never found a soap do what this does ...I realize this is an artisan soap but it far surpasses high end creams I've been using. This is worth every penny! Just bought the Seville balm too.
